Order Cancellations
Cancel within 24 hours of order via

or [phone]. Full refund issued pre-shipment. Post-shipment cancellations unavailable; opt for returns instead.
Returns Eligibility
Accept returns within 7 days for damaged, defective, or wrong tea packs. Must be unopened, original packaging, with proof of purchase. Perishable teas non-returnable unless spoiled.

with order details, photos if damaged. Approved returns get instructions. We cover shipping for defects; customer pays otherwise.
Refunds
Processed in 7-10 business days to original payment after inspection. No refunds on opened teas, sales items, or non-defective perishables. No direct exchanges—return and reorder.
