Orders and Payment
Orders are offers; confirmation via email. Prices in INR include GST, exclude shipping. No reserves until payment; full payment required upfront.
Shipping and Delivery
Deliveries to India addresses; times estimated, not guaranteed. Inspect on arrival; report issues promptly. Risk transfers on dispatch.
Returns and Refunds
7-day return for unopened tea packs if defective. No returns on opened/custom items. Refunds post inspection, minus shipping. Contact support first.
Limitations of Liability
Site "as is"; no warranties on uninterrupted access. Liability capped at order value. Not liable for indirect damages.
Governing Law
Indian laws apply, Delhi jurisdiction. Disputes resolved amicably or via courts.
